Justa workin on my fitness...


75 degrees, no school, no work. Pretty much can only mean one thing, going to the pool & gym. I just started trying to work out and eat healthy so get off me if I still eat Chinese all the time. I'm learning. I did though, bust out the Lean Shake that has been sitting in my pantry for about 6 months. Its not delicious, but until its gone, its my new breakfast of choice. I find it highly amusing how I wait until mid July to begin a bikini diet. That's sort of how I work though, I don't prepare for bikini season..I wait until I've seen all the fit and skinny girls at the pool before I make an attempt to be one. Better late than never!! I hear being tan makes you look a little thinner though, so I have that going for me. Thank goodness for my Indian heritage! Enough jokes, I'm serious about trying to improve my health though, so I will share with you what starts to work for me!!
On a normal workout I will do the eliptical for 30 minutes and work on arms and abs for about 10.
Im trying yogalates tonight so..I will let you know how that goes!
Now time for the 20 minute walk to the pool&gym...wahhhhh.
